GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE for the contact form
In accordance with art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform you that:

3.Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of answering the question asked via the contact form based on the information you provided in the form, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR.

6.Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to clarify the matter in connection with the receipt of an inquiry via the contact form available on the website or until the consent is withdrawn.
7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary, and the consequence of not providing personal data may be the inability to send an inquiry via the contact form.
10.Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling.

Heroldów 15c/21, postal code 01-991, of my personal data for the purpose of answering the question asked via the contact form via the communication channels that I indicated in the form, in accordance with the requirements of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016. I also declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing the consent granted at any time and that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
